NetSuite Administrator (Beachwood)

Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for an onsite role with a great local company. The role is located in a suburb of Cleveland, OH and is a full-time direct hire role. The NetSuite Admin will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organizations new Oracle NetSuite Finance system. Qualifications include 3+ years of financial NetSuite administration including deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite software system modules, architecture, roles, workflows, functionality, processes, and customization capabilities.

Salary Range : $90-110K; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

NetSuite Admin Job Responsibilities Include :

• Serve as a subject matter expert for use of Oracle NetSuite.
• Respond to end-users requests for technical assistance and provide ongoing support to promote adoption.
• Develop, oversee, optimize, and administer workflows, custom fields, scripts, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to increase efficiency and data visibility.
• Support data imports / exports and integrations with other JFC systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordination with NetSuite support as needed.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts, ensuring business continuity.
• Partner with finance to identify opportunities for system and process improvement and serve as the liaison to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures.
• Develop training materials and provide ongoing end-user training and support to ensure proper system usage.
• Provide support for other software applications used in the organization as required.
