Job descriptionMeet the expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Provide nursing care in line with ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, implementing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Respond to the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families effectively. Administer medications and treatments according to protocols while monitoring for any side effects and effectiveness. Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and their families, while identifying relevant issues and available resources. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. A minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred. BLS certification is required. Current RN License in the state of employment or compact.

We offer three tier options for your PRN position :
- Tier 1 : $40 / hr for 6 shifts in a 6-week schedule
- Tier 2 : $45 / hr for 12 shifts in a 6-week schedule
- Tier 3 : $50 / hr for 18 shifts in a 6-week schedule
Plus, earn extra with shift differentials for night and weekend shifts!
Summary :
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide both routine and complex care, demonstrating proficiency in managing a clinical setting. You’ll become a crucial part of our team as you work towards the long-term goals of patient care and continuously enhance your nursing skills.
