Client serves multiple counties. Positive working conditions and a positive work culture are emphasized. Consideration is given to the tenure and experience of staff, as well as schedule options. The unit features navy scrubs as the required uniform. Patient ratios are 1 : 5 for day shifts and 1 : 6 for night shifts. Documentation is managed through a specific system.
