MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE TO DOWNEY, CA

Looking for Senior IT Project Managers with 3+ years experience working on Capital project(s) involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies and managing project budgets related to building, upgrading, or improving healthcare facilities to include new hospital construction or medical office building expansions or infrastructure improvements.

Hybrid Roles in Downey, CA Couple of times a month (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Duration : 12-month contract with potential to hire / Contract-to-Hire (based on performance)

Pay Rate : $70 / hr on W2

Essential Responsibilities

Manage project performance (on time, on budget, within scope and with quality) and provide input and justification for costs and budget impact.

Manage project financials for medium size projects.

Develop and executes project plans which include schedule and resource forecast.

Manage project activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the project.

Ensure adherence to established processes and policies (e.g., SDLC including domain standards).

Issue, Risk and Change Management.

Assemble internal or external resources which ensure the alignment of team member skills and strengths with project demands.

Promote project vision and objectives with project team.

Monitor project risks with guidance from a more senior Project Manager and escalate when appropriate.
