Production Team Lead

Job Title : Production Team Lead Location : Turtle Creek, PA Type : Direct Hire Compensation : Contractor Work Model : Onsite Hours : 3rd Shift Production Team Lead Objective Direct and participate in daily manufacturing operations at a Turtle Creek, PA production facility, combining hands-on equipment operation with workforce supervision to achieve output and quality objectives. Responsibilities Oversee production floor staff and coordinate shift activities Operate industrial manufacturing equipment as needed during production runs Execute equipment maintenance procedures and technical adjustments with appropriate tools Verify product quality through systematic inspection protocols Diagnose and correct equipment performance issues to maintain operational continuity Train and mentor machine operators on procedures and safety practices Track production data and report on shift performance metrics Enforce safety regulations and workplace protocols across the production area Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate Proven capability in operating industrial production machinery Understanding of quality control methods in manufacturing processes Proficiency with hand tools for mechanical adjustments and repairs Prior supervisory or lead role experience in production environments Commitment to safety compliance and attention to operational details Preferences Extended background in manufacturing or production operations Experience training or developing production personnel Technical knowledge of multiple equipment types used in industrial settings System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
