Job Summary : The LMSW Preschool Administrative Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively with the Preschool Manager and Program Director to ensure all NYC children receiving Special Education services through our Preschool Department receive high quality services which meet all state, county and federal expectations. This individual must be an active NY State Licensed Master Social Worker.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure all referrals received are paired with an appropriate therapist in a timely manner
• Conduct quality assurance responsibilities including, but not limited to, internal case audits, parent surveys and review of concerns regarding cases.
• Conduct regular monitoring of therapist productivity to ensure approved services are provided consistently; communicate any identified concerns to the appropriate Manager
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise throughout the life of a case.
• Hold trainings and workshops for clinical team as needed
• Remain current with and ensure all cases meet state and county regulations
• Provide any needed coverage or assistance to the Preschool Department as needed
• Conduct regular outreach activities
• Attend meetings as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Director
