The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems effectively.

Duties

• Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide timely solutions.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all HVAC systems are functioning properly.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks in various environments.
