School-Based Certified Athletic Trainer

Central Illinois

Position Highlights :

  • Desirable Setting :   full-time at assigned high school
  • Culture & Support :  join a close-knit team of 10 ATCs
  • Professional Growth :   tuition reimbursement / scholarship opportunities
  • Monday-Friday , typically starting at 2 : 30 pm

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Salary :   $60,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)
  • Additional Bonus Incentives  for summer & weekend shifts.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package :

    • Full Benefits :  health, dental, vision, disability, life.

  • 4% 401k match (100% vested)
  • PTO : accrue approx. 5.5 hours per pay period ~ 17 days / year

    • Qualifications :

  • Education in Athletic Training (CAATE-accredited)
  • Must have or open to get Illinois ATC.
  • Skillset :   strong communication, able to respond effectively to on-field injuries and coordinate care with physicians.
