ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a bilingual Customer Relations Representative at Morgan Parker's State Farm office, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences that contribute to the continued success and growth of the agency. Your keen attention to detail, excellent customer service abilities, and passion for helping others make you a strong candidate. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, work closely with other team members, and proactively address the needs of the community you support, all while advancing your career.

We are eager to connect with a bilingual, empathetic, and customer-oriented professional who aligns with our team values. Additionally, motivated and sales-driven individuals will find promising opportunities for internal growth within our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish
