Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service / Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with both internal and external customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company.

Receive a high volume of inbound calls, text messages, and emailsUse customer service best practices to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customersDocument all customer interactions accurately and promptlyAttend ongoing trainings to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skillsQualifications
High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative in an office environment or in a similar role is preferredComfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsStrong active listening skillsAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyFluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
