Our Maintenance Apprenticeship is a paid on-the-job training opportunity for anyone interested in a career in property maintenance. The Maintenance Apprentice may work on a full-time, part-time, or seasonal basis. #BeThe1
As a Maintenance Apprentice you will learn property maintenance by assisting General Maintenance Technicians with resident service requests for electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs and replacement; and with making apartments ready for new resident move-ins. Some Grounds Maintenance duties may also be required such as proper pool maintenance, pressure washing buildings and sidewalks, and trash removal from property grounds.
Once fully trained the Maintenance Apprentice will be able to take advantage of the numerous growth opportunities offered by 1st Lake Properties. Further career pathing opportunities for fully trained Maintenance Apprentices include General Maintenance Technician and HVAC Maintenance Technician positions.
