At Westview Healthcare Center , we're dedicated to helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence - and we're looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehab team. What You'll Do :

• Provide treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Accurately record daily treatment notes, weekly progress reports, and treatment changes per PT Board and facility policies.
• Support patients' recovery by carrying out physician-approved therapy plans.
• Communicate with supervisors and healthcare team members about patient progress and needs.
• Train and support Restorative Aides and family caregivers to ensure successful transitions of care.
• Participate in care conferences, in-services, and ongoing team education.
• Assist with department upkeep, equipment safety, and maintaining a clean treatment area.
• Build positive and professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
