Windows Hardware Management
Manage annual hardware transitions with PC vendorRoadmap review, standards, and specifications approvalImage updates and driver testing for new modelsDocumentation of hardware models to SharePointBi-annual driver updates for all supported hardware models3rd level escalation point for client hardware issuesMaintain hardware standards documentationSupport hardware evaluation and selection by testing compatibility and performance of new device modelsWindows Image Management
