Remote Triage Nurse - LPN

A company is looking for a Remote Triage Nurse - Weekend Days - Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - LVN.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough telephonic assessments with proprietary tools

Identify and address patient concerns and acute clinical issues in collaboration with providers

Provide telephonic education to patients and participate in Innovation team projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Compact / Multistate Licensure required; additional licensures are a plus

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active nursing license in good standing

A minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience, with triage experience required

Robust clinical knowledge and extensive experience in telephonic triage

Ability to navigate multiple technological platforms
