Duties

  • Maintains an open, friendly and cooperative relationship with each child and family
  • Provides for the physical safety and well-being of each child
  • Attends training sessions for professional and program development
  • Ensures licensing requirements are implemented
  • Works with our teaching team to ensure they are in ratio and following our afternoon protocols and schedule, answering phones and communication with the full day families and completing afternoon administrative duties

    • Requirements

  • Positive, reliable work ethic
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Meets / exceeds licensing requirements including :
  • TB Test
  • Background Check
  • Documentation of citizenship
  • Physical ability to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
  • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Nice To Haves

  • Administrative Assistant and Customer service skills
  • Experience in early childhood education or related field
  • Hold CDS or other associate's degree or higher
  • Current First Aid / CPR Certification
  • Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
