Litigation Paralegal (4+ Years Experience)

Our practice covers a wide range of litigation areas, including civil, commercial, and complex litigation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Litigation Paralegal with at least 4 years of hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Annual Salary : $75,000+ depending on experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and appeals
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests / responses
- Manage document production, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of documents
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials
- File documents electronically with state and federal courts
Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentParalegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience preferredIn-depth understanding of litigation processes and court rules (state and federal)Proficiency with legal software and tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio, or similar)Strong writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced legal environmentProfessional demeanor and strong client service skillsBenefits :
