The Community Liaison functions as an integral member of the Community Programs team under the umbrella of the Office of Medical Education to support all community immersion components of the Human Dimension (HD) Course, namely the Human Dimension Voices Program (HDVP).This role partners with pairs of medical students as they are matched with individuals and families in the community as part of the core curriculum of their medical education.

This position is based out of our campus in Nutley, NJ. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days on site per week.  Additionally, this role requires travel across communities in northern NJ.

The standard work schedule for this role is 9 : 00 am - 4 : 45 pm, but there are occaisional shifts that may start as early as 8 : 00 am, based on needs for the academic program. Notice will be given for days where flexibility is needed.
