Job description

A consumer products company in New Jersey is actively seeking a new IT Business Systems Analyst for a Senior-level opportunity with their team. In this role, the Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology solutions.

About the Opportunity :

Start Date : ASAP
Assignment Length : 6+ months

Responsibilities :

Serve as the Senior Liaison for system-related business needs and strategic technology improvements

Lead system support, enhancements, and issue resolution, including on-call responsibilities as needed

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions

Manage full project lifecycle-from requirements to deployment-for high-impact system initiatives

Ensure compliance with standards like Sarbanes-Oxley and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation

Mentor the Junior Analysts and guide cross-functional collaboration

Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve system performance and functionality

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and solution Design

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong background in Project Management and Cross-functional Process Improvement

In-depth knowledge of Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, and Manufacturing workflows

Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOX

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Strong project management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desired Skills :

Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Expertise in systems like Blue Yonder, Coupa, SAP, or equivalent platforms

Advanced understanding of Cloud-based Integrations and Enterprise System Architecture
