To support our growth, The Mills Automotive Group is looking to add several experienced Jaguar / Land Rover service technicians to our team. If you have previous JLR experience, or BMW, Mercedes or Lexus experience, we encourage you to apply today! Level 3 and Level 4 JLR technicians start between $45 and $50 per hour!! All of our positions have the opportunity for significant incentives above the base rate - and start paying from hour one on day one!
What You Do :
- Conduct repairs, maintenance and inspections
- Line mechanic with all around experience
- Chassis, brakes, suspension, electrical and engine repair
- Inspect vehicles for repairs and service needs using multi-point inspections and test tools
- Document and report on items completed and in need of further service via repair order and dealer computer system (electronic repair order experience a plus)Complete and attend manufacturer training as required
- Supervise all other shop Technicians and assist with diagnostics, training, and scheduling
