Job description

Employment Opportunity : Physical Therapist Needed to work in Long Term Care Facilities

Location : Dallas / Fort Worth Area

Pay Rate : Up to $45.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Current Texas PT or compact License in good standing

Join our team make a real difference in people's lives! We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to work per diem and block booking positions.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current Texas PT or Compact License in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
