About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for IT support at our South Charleston facility. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network infrastructure, and supporting production systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. $45,760 annually. Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, software, network printers, and Wi-Fi.
• Manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft Exchange administration.
• Configure Cisco VOIP phones and VPN tokens.
• Support physical and virtual servers, SAN, backups, and network security.
• Perform network maintenance, cabling (RJ-45 termination), and IP management.
• Collaborate on IT projects (e.g., SAP implementation, infrastructure upgrades).
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
