  • Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of AI and digital tools across the organization.
  • Effectively communicate the vision, benefits, and ethical considerations of AI across the organization and its community, tailoring messaging to different stakeholders in alignment with executive strategy.

  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of AI engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Establish and manage an AI & Automation Center of Excellence to set best practices, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee relationships with AI vendors, consultants, and technology partners, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
