The Great Greek is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor who is passionate about delivering food with great quality and taste, focused on food safety execution, and providing an incredible guest experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the kitchen operations and daily food execution
• Manage a store team to execute on restaurant-driven standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
• Managing food waste to company standards

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

DAILY SCHEDULE Required to work 30-40 hours / week

Monday-Sunday depending on business needs.

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
