• to join our team and help develop and support the technology that powers our quick-service restaurants. You'll work directly with the Emerging Technologies leader to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure with the goal of implementing "

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on support for our IT infrastructure, including servers and desktops.
• Manage and maintain our Windows and Microsoft SQL platforms.
• Support network and infrastructure to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Assist in the implementation of new technology projects, leveraging your project management skills.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft .NET, JSON, and SOAP to develop and maintain systems.
• Work with Oracle systems, which are essential to our business operations.
• Qualifications
• Education :
• A bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
• Technical Skills :
• Vast knowledge of the
• Windows platform
• , including server and desktop environments.
• Extensive experience with
• Microsoft SQL
• Proficiency in
• Microsoft .NET
• JSON
• , and
• SOAP
• Experience in Oracle Systems is desirable.
• Strong skills in
