Warehouse Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across multiple warehouse locations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities coordinating team members handling purchasing for the STK and Store locations and ensuring efficient flow of inventory shipments and documentation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail capable of managing people processes and operations systems simultaneously.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Warehouse Operations :

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving storage and distribution of products and materials.

• Ensure accurate inventory control proper labeling and organization of goods.

Team Leadership :

Lead and manage warehouse staff including hiring training and performance management.

Inventory Management :

Oversee inventory control processes including cycle counts audits and replenishments.

Process Optimization :

Develop and implement warehouse process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Vendor Relations :

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate shipments resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
