• Call only coverage with 24-hour shifts from 7am to 7am
• Less than 20 patients per shift with approximately 15 patients seen per 24 hours
• In-house call coverage required
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement procedures required
• Hip and knee procedures required
• Call ratio of 1 : 4 with less than 25% callback rate
• Less than 10 admissions per 24-hour period
• Phone consults required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
