Associate Attorney with Real Estate Focus

Busy, well established, law firm with multiple locations, seeking an associate attorney to work primarily in real estate (opportunities for other practice areas will be available). Will work directly with a firm shareholder experienced in real estate, development, and transactional law.

• Responsibilities
• Draft legal documents and correspondence pertaining to real estate law and related matters.
• Assist clients with real estate closings.
• Review and sign-off on title research.
• Draft documents for real estate and business sale transactions.
• Work on your own files with the advantage of an experienced mentor in-office.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the SC state bar
• Strong writing and legal drafting skills
• Experience in real estate law and related legal areas helpful, but not required
• Excellent xuwmhxw communication skills

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
