Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Disposition Sales Representative located in Cincinnati, OH. The Disposition Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the sale and assignment of properties acquired by the company. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with buyers, negotiating sales contracts, pricing properties competitively, and ensuring smooth transactions. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills to build strong buyer relationships and close property transactions efficiently
• Real Estate Market Knowledge to analyze trends, price properties accurately, and stay informed about the local housing market
• Customer Relationship Management skills, including communication, follow-up, and fostering trust with buyers
• Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
