MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Whitinsville, MA . This is a great opportunity to provide meaningful rehab care to older adults in a supportive clinical environment.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat residents recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Focus on improving functional mobility, strength, and quality of life
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercises
  • Document progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
