We are seeking a motivated Investment Operations Administrator to join our team in Phoenix!
85k-$95k + 8% bonus
Duties and responsibilities of the position
Open new client accounts at custodians, and serve as liaison with those custodiansOpen new client accounts with third-party investment managers, and serve as operational liaison with those managersFacilitate client wire requests, deposits and journals between custodial accounts as well as other cash movements requested by clientsProcess other account service requests initiated by advisors and / or clientsMaintain our internal portfolio accounting system utilizing Tamarac applications, including individual account maintenance, security re-classification and communication with TamaracReview and submit mutual fund and equity trades for client accounts to third-party brokerage firmsMaintain documents and records according to SEC and FINRA requirementsFind ways to expand the role to further help our advisors serve clients efficiently and effectivelyQualifications
Required 3 years or more of operational experience at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and thoroughExperience with Microsoft Excel in a financial contextExperience with Salesforce, Tamarac Reporting, Tamarac Trading and / or Portfolio Center is helpful, as is experience with and a willingness to learn other financial softwareFamiliarity with SEC and FINRA requirementsAbility to prioritize effectively amongst a variety of tasks and manage deadlines effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA positive, service-oriented attitudeBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
