We're seeking a Sr. Business Central Business Systems Analyst with deep manufacturing expertise to drive end-to-end ERP optimization in a high-volume, consumer goods environment. This hybrid techno-functional role blends hands-on configuration, process re-engineering, and cross-team leadership-centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll own the manufacturing module, with a sharp focus on assembly orders, Direct-to-Garment (DTG) workflows, and supply chain efficiency. Expect heavy collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a systems thinker who loves being in the weeds of manufacturing while shaping enterprise strategy. If you've led D365 transformations in consumer goods and can talk fluently from the shop floor to the boardroom-this is your seat.
Requirements :
- 5+ years as a techno-functional lead on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) with heavy manufacturing / assembly focus .
- Full lifecycle leadership on at least one D365 Business Central implementation (requirements → go-live).

Insight Works extensions (DMS, Shop Floor, etc.)Power Apps and Power Automate workflowsDirect-to-Garment (DTG) production experience - from order intake to fulfillment.Licensing & royalty management within ERP (accruals, reporting, compliance).Microsoft Dynamics certification (e.g., MB-800) and / orSix Sigma / APICS credentials.Proven process modeling skills (BPMN, Visio) and ability to translate operations into system design.Deep ERP module knowledge : Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales Order Processing.Supply Chain & Warehouse expertise across B2C and B2B models.Hands-on with warehouse hardware : scan guns, label printers, mobile devices.Power BI development : data modeling, DAX, report / dashboard design, and validation.Consumer goods industry exposure (apparel, accessories, headwear, backpacks, or similar).Accounting-adjacent knowledge : cost accounting, landed cost, royalty accruals.Elite communication -able to present to plant managers and C-suite with equal clarity.Proven ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects under tight deadlines.Responsibilities :
Own the Manufacturing Domain : Act as the go-to functional authority for assembly, DTG production, contract manufacturing, and warehouse execution within D365 Business Central.Lead Full-Cycle ERP Initiatives : Spearhead upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts-from blueprinting and fit-gap analysis to go-live and hypercare.Streamline Assembly & Production Workflows : Map, challenge, and redesign processes for speed, quality, and scalability-especially around made-to-order and kitting operations.Configure & Extend the Platform : Build role-tailored workspaces, integrate Insight Works add-ons, and automate via Power Apps and Power Automate.Drive Testing & Adoption : Design test scripts, lead UAT, and deliver hands-on training to warehouse and production teams.Optimize Inventory & Supply Chain : Support cycle counting, physical inventory reconciliation, and real-time visibility using scan guns and mobile devices.Partner with ISVs & Microsoft Ecosystem : Evaluate, select, and manage third-party solutions for DMS, WMS, and royalty / licensing tracking.Deliver Actionable Insights : Design, test, and deploy Power BI dashboards for manufacturing KPIs, yield analysis, and cost-to-serve.Ensure Compliance & Control : Oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD), ITGC sign-offs, and audit-ready documentation.Cross-Functional Alignment : Bridge Operations, Accounting, and IT to resolve blockers and align on priorities.Comprehensive Benefits Provided
