We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor (RN) (Part Time-Nights) Our ideal candidate will take charge of managing various areas within the hospital when the unit or department Director or Administrator is unavailable. This position, known as the House Supervisor, involves ensuring that the hospital has the right number of staff members to meet the needs of patients efficiently. The House Supervisor plays a crucial role in facilitating patient flow throughout the hospital. This means making sure that patients move smoothly from one department to another, which includes coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges.The House Supervisor will also monitor the use of resources to ensure they are being utilized effectively while promoting a positive atmosphere for patient care. Qualifications Requirements : BSN 5 years of nursing experience in acute care facility Previous nurse management experience Previous HOS experience preferred BLS and ACLS certification required Skills : Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Effective interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
