Weekly Salary Range : $1,750 - $1,870 per week

Operating Room RN Job Details

Assignment Length : 13-week travel nursing contract (July 21, 2025 – October 20, 2025)

Healthcare Setting : Operating Room (OR)

Shift : 5x8 hour day shifts (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM), Monday through Friday

On-Call : Weekdays 3 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM; Weekends Friday 3 : 00 PM – Monday 7 : 00 AM

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Surgical Service Lines : General Surgery, OB / GYN, Orthopedics, Cataracts

Location : Weston, West Virginia 26452

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – West Virginia or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications

Experience with Olympus Endoscopy and Stryker laparoscopy equipment preferred

Proficiency with Cerner EMR is a plus

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to surgical patients in the OR

Assist with a range of surgical procedures : general surgery, OB / GYN, orthopedics, and cataracts

Operate and maintain endoscopy and laparoscopy equipment

Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend surgical coverage

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
