Senior Engineer

The Senior Bluetooth or 802.15.4 / Zigbee Engineer will develop customized features for MediaTek Connectivity Business Unit. This role requires a strong background in Bluetooth or 802.15.4 / Zigbee (PAN) connectivity and excellent communication skills. The engineer will collaborate with external and internal teams across multiple geographical locations to deliver connectivity products. Develop Bluetooth / Zigbee Linux / Android drivers and firmware. Create customized features and protocols for Bluetooth / Zigbee / Thread. Integrate PAN drivers and software into embedded systems. Requirements Strong background in Bluetooth or Zigbee / 802.15.4. Experience with Bluetooth or Zigbee drivers and controllers. Experience with Bluetooth sniffer analysis and troubleshooting. Knowledge of OpenThread or Matter is a plus. Familiarity with embedded software development cycles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and global offices. Strong communication skills to work with US customers and Asian teams.
