Job Functions :
- Create instructional jobsite signage as needed
- Create and disperse unit floor plans as needed
- Assist with pre-inspection checks
- Assist in communicating with clients to request, obtain and organize information regarding decisions of fixtures, materials, etc.
- Assist with recording daily field labor reports
- Assist with material deliveries, confirming quantities and organization of materials
- Support Superintendent with directives as issues may arise
- Assist with researching material purchases and delivery options
- Generate reports, and track activities
- Comply with all corporate Personnel Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications :

Assistant Project Managers must be able and willing to travel to project sites from time to time outside the Metro area including but not limited to adjoining states. This travel could be unscheduled due to on-site emergencies or necessary oversight of the project. Projects near and far require periodic visits by the project management team to conduct meetings, perform inspections and / or assist the on-site personnel.Character Profile :
