As a vital member of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between Emergency Department Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Every shift brings new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
What You’ll Do :
- Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
Schedule Details :
Self-ScheduledShift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule1 Weekend per 6-week schedule2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)What We’re Looking For :
Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility to meet the schedule requirements.Training & Skills :
Receive training in :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)NIHSS (Stroke Scale)IV UltrasoundCharge Nurse cross-trainingWhat You’ll Get :
