As a Sales Support & Operations Specialist , you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position supports outside sales, with responsibilities spanning from order processing and purchasing to CRM / ERP data management and post-sale coordination. You’ll ensure accuracy, streamline communication, and help deliver a seamless customer experience from sale through delivery and billing
Please note this is NOT a sales position; this role coordinates “after the sale” processes including ordering, tracking through delivery, billing, and supporting outside sales teams.
