Senior Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a software development team.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and execute the engineering vision by setting technical direction and aligning team goals with business objectives

Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational goals

Recruit, hire, and develop engineers while fostering a productive work environment

Required Qualifications :

A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of leading and mentoring global engineering teams

Strong understanding of relevant technical domains and experience with complex projects

Ability to execute technical strategies aligned with business goals

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is usually required; a Master's degree is preferred
