About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum years of experience is preferred. Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment.

License : Requires current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact.

Certifications : American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

Must-Have : Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through the completion of an accredited School of Nursing to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Description :

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in an inpatient environment.

This individual demonstrates competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population.

The role includes essential functions adapted from the Nursing : Scope and Standards of Practice.

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality care to patients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and compassionately.

The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to guarantee optimal patient outcomes.

The Registered Nurse will float as needed within the unit.
