Avdoo & Partners Development (“A&P”) is a fully integrated, privately held real estate organization with extensive experience in all aspects of the asset life cycle. We manage the entire development process, from acquisitions to design to construction, in order to ensure we are creating transformative buildings that seamlessly integrate into their communities' architectural fabric and resonate with the neighborhood.

Qualifications :

• 5-10 years of experience years in ground-up construction for an architect, interior design firm, or real estate developer in luxury new condo development
• Familiarity with urban planning, NYC Zoning, and understanding of NB Filing & Permitting process
• Proficiency in CAD programs for takeoffs and construction detailing, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Blue Beam.
• Extensive expertise with construction administration, including shop drawings and submittals
• Technical knowledge of various superstructure types, MEP system types and base building integration, façade / curtain wall types and methods of assembly (as well as specialty contractors and fabricators, and interior finishings
• Excellent communication including a belief in prompt response as well as appropriate candor when dealing with teammates and consultants.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Salary is competitive and ranges from $100,000-$135,000, benefits include healthcare with an Employer contribution (subject to applicable exclusions and limitations), access to commuter benefits, and a 401(k) with Employer match.
