As a General Handyman, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our clients' properties remain in top condition. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations.
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor issues with equipment, appliances, and fixtures.
• Provide preventative maintenance for both commercial and residential properties.
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all tools and materials are available and maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.
