Compensation :

• Base pay within the position's range dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Premium pay for shifts, on call duty, and other factors.
• Incentive pay for select positions.
• Annual increases based on performance.

Benefits Include :

Schedule Details : Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts. Every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation.

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000.

Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200.

Licensure and Education Required :

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate critical thinking, and adapt to changing situations. Proficiency in electronic medical records is necessary.

Physical Requirements : Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, and pushing. Must be able to handle weights up to 50 lbs. and respond to emergency situations with speed and agility.
