Job descriptionExcellent compensation based on experience, plus annual bonus opportunity Physician Owned Group 4 weeks PTO and 1 week of CME Relocation assistance Competitive salary, health, life, disability insurance 401K / profit-sharing retirement plan Generous CME package Comprehensive medical malpractice including tail coverage Seeking a full-time Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 32-bed multi-disciplinary PICU Partnered with University of Virginia in Congenital Cardiac Surgery program and providers will care for post-operative cardiac patients as part of the PICU population Active ECMO program, busy trauma service and all medical and surgical specialties represented Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Ability to hold a Virginia State Medical License PICU experience required Easy access to the beach, Eastern Shore, Outer Banks, and the Blue Ridge Mountains Great public & private school options Several of the country's great in-state colleges including UVA, Virginia Tech, William & Mary, James Madison, and Old Dominion University Reasonable cost of living throughout the region Home to the East Coast Surfing Championship and to the largest naval base in the world
