Department Summary

Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Designs and implements process improvements to enhance results and reduce inefficiencies
  • Collaborates across business units to develop, test, and refine new processes and practices
  • Uses data and Lean Six Sigma tools to drive improvements in productivity, network availability, quality, and dispatch
  • Documents processes through BPMN modeling, job aids, SOPs, and policies to support operational consistency
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert, teaching lessons learned and providing recommendations to improve training and performance
  • Creates roadmaps for tools and technologies to enhance the customer and team experience across departments

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or at least 2 years of equivalent experience; Six Sigma / Lean experience is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SQL, Python or any analytical tool experience a plus
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation on a national scope
  • Analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with a strong customer focus
  • Self driven with the ability to plan and organize their own work around expected deadlines
  • Tactful communication (written and presentation) style; need to have the ability to create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of internal / external clients
  • Demonstrated ability to write technical procedure documents and process flows
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation : $70,000.00 / Year - $90,000.00 / Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
