Manager - Data Strategist, Financial Services & Deal Advisory Strategy

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Manager - Data Strategist, Financial Services & Deal Advisory Strategy to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives through data, analytics, and AI. Collaborate strategically with senior leadership to translate business needs into data, analytics, and AI requirements.

Lead a high-performing team on-shore and off-shore to ensure quality and timely delivery of various use cases.

Develop analyses to generate benchmarks, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations, leveraging third-party data to support go-to-market efforts and transformation initiatives.

Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research, translating findings into strategic insights, reports, and thought leadership content.

Foster and maintain relationships with executive leadership to address strategic staffing, budgeting, data, and analytic needs effectively.

Minimum five years of experience in strategic program management, financial services, data analysis, or corporate strategy, preferably within consulting or deal advisory contexts.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; master's degree and / or certifications are a plus.

Experience identifying opportunities for advanced analytics use cases, building use cases to demonstrate value, and communicating findings to diverse audiences using analytical tools like Power BI and Alteryx.

Strong ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across large organizations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven leadership skills in managing small teams and overseeing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
