Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Med Checks
• Document resident information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
