Were seeking a passionate and driven  Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner  to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

  • Position Type :  Full-Time (0.9FTE)
  • Schedule :  M-F; No weekends or holidays
  • Location :  Grand Rapids, MI
  • Specialty :  Pulmonary
  • Call Requirements :  No call

    • Requirements

  • APP experience preferred; will consider new grads with prior relevant nursing experience.
  • Board certified in specialty prior to employment
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • BLS certification (must be maintained)

    • Duties & Responsibilities

    A typical day may include :

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
