Registered Nurse - Outpatient

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care. This role involves coordinating patient care, performing assessments, administering medications, and supporting patients through various outpatient procedures and treatments.

Ke y Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient or ambulatory care environment.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive health measures.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe clinical environment.
