🔸 Minimum 1 year in Level 3+ NICU OR 1 year PICU (2 years total experience preferred)

🔸 RRT (NBRC), PA State RCP License (required)

🔸 BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS

🔸 Strong skills with CPAP / Bubble CPAP, HFNC, HFJV, HFOV, intubation assist, mechanical ventilation, NICU airway management
