• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Monday - Friday with possible call
• ACLS and BLS needed
• Fellowship in cardiothoracic required
• General surgery, urology, eyes, ENT, cardiothoracic, neuro, craniofacial, GI, ortho, plastic, pulm
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
